Going through cancer treatment makes you feel like an alien in your own body, and losing your hair makes it even more traumatic. I was so afraid that I would never be able to feel beautiful after chemotherapy. I'm so beyond grateful that I found Roxanne and Angelic Care. She was so helpful with the entire process, from finding a color and style that would work for me to getting my benefits from my insurance. I had to share this wonderful review with this company. Undergoing chemo is hard enough but losing your hair is beyond traumatic. Due to several doctor”s appointments being rescheduled, we had to change our appointments with her last minute and she couldn’t have been more accommodating. When I ended up having a hard time coordinating appointments, she traveled one and a half hours to come to my home and treated us as if we were family. The hair replacement that she matched to my hair was totally undetectable. We had a four hour appointment at my home where she was so detailed with making me feel comfortable at such a difficult time. When I walked in to my doctors appointment, they didn’t even know that I was wearing my new hair. They actually got concerned and questioned my
chemo schedule.. Roxanne turned the most scariest time of my life, which my hair is everything to me, into the most amazing experience. Roxanne is a true blessing. She was so understanding and compassionate. She took her time showing me different wigs to help me find the right look for me. She explained different options and made things less stressful for me. Going through chemo isn't easy and anticipating the inevitable hair thinning and possible complete loss of hair is something that I'm dreading. However, Roxanne showed me how I could gracefully transition from hats and halo hairpieces to full wigs. The one on one attention was wonderful. Thank you, Roxanne!!!! ❤
